Roasted Peach Chicken,Cali Quilt #2 and Millies new do~♥

This is my Peach chicken which I made for my minnie Vinnie who happens to have LOTS of food allergies~he has taught me how to cook dairy and egg free~This old bird (me) still has a lot of tricks up her sleeve!
Vinnie really liked this recipe and it actually suited the whole family~One of the tricks I am needs to know about egg replacements and Silk milk at the supper table~no discussion...when they ask "what is it?" I say,"Its delicious!"
Oh and cold cooked corn on the cob is great for teething munchkins!

This is the original recipe and site
